Commercial Cleaning Insurance Group is the commercial cleaning brand of The Allen Thomas Group, an independent agency in Akron, Ohio since 2003. Our licensed team helps janitorial and commercial cleaning companies in 28 states get the coverage and bonds their contracts call for.

A commercial cleaning company rarely shops for insurance in a vacuum. Usually a contract starts it. A property manager sends an insurance exhibit. We built this brand around that moment, so the coverage you buy lines up with the work you're trying to land and keep.
We focus on commercial cleaning: office buildings, medical offices and clinics, schools and campuses, industrial and warehouse space, and the specialty services many cleaning companies add, like carpet care and floor refinishing. Commercial accounts are the only work this brand takes on.

Who we are
The Allen Thomas Group, headquartered in Akron, Ohio, has been an independent agency since Joe Race founded it in 2003, and Commercial Cleaning Insurance Group is one of its brands. Carriers and bonding companies issue the policies and bonds; our job is choosing among them with you. Our licensed specialists for the commercial cleaning industry compare carriers, explain the trade-offs and handle certificates and changes once you're a client.
We respond to quote requests within one business day (requests sent on a weekend are answered the following Monday), and our office hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern. Once you're a client, certificates on your existing policies go out the same day you ask.
